Competing Philosophy
-Winning is a priority; however, our primary goal is to develop our players so they are ready to contribute in High School
-Tournaments are not equal playing time (all players should play, but the focus is winning games)
-All playing time is earned, and is primarily dependent on attitude, effort, teamwork, and attendance
-If there are multiple practices and games being missed for other activities, playing time will be adjusted accordingly
- If a player is not meeting the Player Expectations, playing time will be adjusted accordingly
-If a parent, family member, or fan is not meeting the Parent / Family Member / Fan Expectations, playing time for their player will be adjusted accordingly
