 The  PHILOSOPHY  of  Wilmot Girls Basketball is a relation-based structure that develops the entire student - athlete to reach their maximum potential.

Our CULTURE is built by Coaches and Players holding each other to the Highest Standards and include
Togetherness - Caring - Accountability - Positivity - Energy - Fun 

Our IDENTITY for someone who watches our program play would include
-Being the more prepared team
-Players playing for one another and celebrating their teammates instead of themselves
-Be the team that attacks the opponent and not one that has to defend them

The club  is not affiliated with Wilmot High School and is supported by the Wilmot High School Girls Basketball Program

To better manage and make decisons for our Jr Panther Teams a board was formed in June 2025
